Gaudi Mk III loudspeaker launched at the 2026 Shanghai International Audio Show

NC Audio, our Chinese distributor, launched our new Gaudi Mk III loudspeaker at the 2026 Shanghai International Audio Show.   China is the main market for our Emperor Mk II loudspeakers and we expect the bulk of Gaudi sales to come from here: they have already taken two sets.  For this reason, NC Audio decided to assemble a system that allow the Gaudi to demonstrate its full potential.  Each loudspeaker was driven by three Emperor Extreme mono power amplifiers.  These were driven by our Emperor Extreme DSP-X digital crossover which was in turn driven by our Emperor Extreme preamplifier.

 The only non-German Physiks component in the system was a Player IV CD player from our friends at Accustic Arts.   Next year we will be able to play a full German Physiks system, as by then our Emperor Extreme CD player will be ready.   This is aimed at the Chinese market, where interest in CDs remains strong.
